Ultrasonic tube filling and sealing machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other industries, applicable to all types of hose potting Cream, lotion, oil and the like.

Equipment using ten-station design. Automatic tube of color, filling, heat sealing, pressure tooth profile, the pipe.
Control part of filling and sealing machine adopts PLC control system, make the machine work more precise and stable. All material contact parts are made of 316 stainless steel, acid, corrosion. Pipe clamp connections with fast, easy handling, fast and lightweight. Valve using the rotary valve, very easy to clean, no filth place.

There are four sealing options. Translocation using precision cam indexing mechanism, accurate positioning stable. Translocation motor adopts frequency control, the user can adjust the running speed.
Optional tube box, sealed hoppers, heated hopper, automatic feeding, automatic recycling waste function, shields and other devices. Full compliance with GMP requirements.

Operating principle of ultrasonic tube filling and sealing machine:

to put the pipeswhich is in the feeder hopper into the first service position filling model individually,

to invert with rotating disk,

to test nomenclature plate in pipe when inverting to the second ,

to fill with nitrogen gas into pipe in the third,

to fill with desired substance in the fourth, then

to fix the heating, folding, jamming, number printing, cooling, slivers trimming etc service position,

to export the finished products when inverting to the last service position so the twelfth.
