- What is the difference between ultrasonic sealing and hot air sealing?
- Ultrasonic sealing uses high-frequency vibration to generate heat by friction between tube surfaces, creating a clean, strong seal without preheating. It works for almost all plastic materials and is not affected by product contamination in the seal area. Hot air sealing uses heated air to melt the tube tail and usually requires a chiller for plastic tubes.
- What is the filling volume range and accuracy?
- The filling range is 20 to 300 ml, with accuracy within plus or minus 1 percent. The pneumatic piston filling system is especially suitable for high-viscosity materials such as cream, paste, gel, and ointment.
