   Electric Steam Heating Cream Vacuum Homogenizing Emulsifier Making Tank Cosmetic Emulsifying Mixer Machine

AVE Model  Vacuum  Emulsification  Blender  is new model vacuum emulsification embodies 

homogenizing, emulsifying, mixing,  distracting, extracting, heating, cooling etc requirement and mainly used in cosmetic, used in homogenizing,  emulsification  and  agitating materials, such as paste and cream within 50, 000 viscosities in vacuum condition to achieve high quality product.

Performances And Features:

• The triple mixing adopts the imported frequency converter for speed adjustment, which can meet different technology requirements.
• The homogenizing structure made through German technonogy adopts the imported double-end mechanical seal effect. The maximumemulsifying rotation speed can reach 4,200rpm and the highest shearing fineness can reach 0.2-5um.

• The vacuum defoaming can make the materials meet the requirements of being aseptic. The vacuum materials sucking is adopted, and especially for the powder materials, vacuum sucking can avoid dust.

• The emulsifying pot lid can adopt lifting system, easy to clean and the cleaning effects is more obvious, the emulsifying pot can adopt tilt discharge.
• The heating models mainly include steam heating or electronic heating.
• To ensure the control of the whole machine is more stable, the electronic appliances adopt imported configurations, so as to fully meet the international standards.

Working Principle
The materials in the water-phase tank and oil-phase tank are heated up and stirred. After they are thoroughly mixed, they will be transferred to the emulsifying tank by vacuum pump. The material will be stirred by the upper part of the central paddle, combined with the PTFE scraper sweeping the wall, the material will be stirred thoroughly and meanwhile be pushed down to the emulsifier at the low part of the central axle. With very high speed emulsifying effect, the material will be seriously cut, sheared, and cracked into 200nm - 2um particles. The bubbles appear during the process will be sucked out promptly in the vacuum status in the tank.
