Product Description
This automatic vertical shampoo sachet packing machine integrates bag forming, precise metering filling, heat sealing, cutting and finished product discharging as one stop working unit. It is specially engineered for small scale plastic sachet packaging of shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel and other viscous daily care liquids, widely adopted by cosmetic and washing goods manufacturers for trial pack, hotel use and portable single serve sachet production.
1. Filling range 2 to 50 ml adjustable
2. Speed 50 to 70 bags per minute depending on fill volume and sachet size
3. Sealing types 3 side seal pillow style or 4 side seal flat pouch
4. All product contact parts made of SUS316 stainless steel including filling nozzle and hopper
5. Upgraded touch screen control with PLC for easy parameter setting and recipe storage
6. Filling system uses piston pump for liquids or viscous creams
