Aluminum tube filling and sealing machine, cream filling machine with hopper
This semi automatic aluminum tube filling and sealing machine is mainly used for the quantitative filling of various products into aluminum tube filling and sealing. Widely used for daily chemical, foodstuff and chemical packaging industries. For example: cream, adhesives, AB glue, neoprene, epoxy adhesive, hair dyes, shoes polish.
Feeding the tubes inside the block by manual (16 working stations) automatic mechanical transmission. Automatic detection, confirming the tube inserted correctly, filling system automatically measure the filling volume, then proceed of fold three layer or two faces fold four layer sealing, printing batch number, finished products eject out.
