Stainless Steel Various Size Online 3 tanks Automatic CIP Washing Cleaning System
A stainless steel sanitary CIP (Clean-In-Place) system is an automated cleaning solution designed for hygienic equipment cleaning without disassembly. It is widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and dairy industries to maintain strict sanitary conditions. The system circulates cleaning fluids to remove residues and contaminants, ensuring efficient sterilization and reducing downtime. Its automated control enhances cleaning consistency and safety, while stainless steel construction guarantees corrosion resistance and durability in harsh cleaning environments.
Working Principle
The stainless steel sanitary CIP system works by circulating cleaning solutions through the equipment without disassembly. First, it performs a pre-rinse to remove loose debris. Then, an alkaline wash dissolves fats and proteins. Next, an acid rinse removes mineral deposits. Afterward, a final rinse with clean water flushes residues. Throughout, automated controls regulate temperature, flow, and timing, ensuring thorough cleaning. The system's stainless steel construction resists corrosion and maintains hygiene throughout the process.
